Looking for an outstanding way to learn more about the prevention and treatment of some of the major chronic diseases through plant-based eating? Do you want to meet people who share your commitment to health, animal rights and the environment? For more than 40 years, Vegan Summerfest has been a premier educational and social event for vegans and those just learning about this way of life.
Unfortunately, due to issues related to the spread of coronavirus and the potential impact it could have on the people attending, we are cancelling our event this year. We have put on 45 annual conferences and this is the first year we have needed to cancel in all those years. It saddens us to have to do this, but we felt it was our only responsible option.
Our 2020 lineup of speakers includes doctors, dieticians, chefs, activists, book authors and other educators. Whether you’re interested in healthful living, animal rights, vegan cooking or other lifestyle topics, you’ll have ample opportunities to hear from some of the most knowledgeable educators in their field.
With more than 120 talks planned, you’ll want to check out Vegan Summerfest 2020’s selection of informative programming. Discover our educational sessions addressing the prevention and treatment of some of the major chronic diseases through plant-based eating. You’ll also learn how veganism not only improves your health, but also helps animals and the environment. With a diverse variety of classes, discussion groups, food demos, fitness workouts, yoga, and more, this event is the place to learn about healthy, cruelty-free living!
We’ve teamed up with award-winning vegan chef Mark Reinfeld to offer an amazing variety of scrumptious plant based meals, with a focus on healthy, delicious eating. Raw food and gluten-free options are available, too.
Vegan Summerfest attracts people of all ages – singles, couples and families. The relaxed social atmosphere provides ample opportunities to make connections that will last a lifetime!
Vegan Summerfest is a chance to have fun in a beautiful, peaceful setting with other vegans, vegetarians and veg curious from across North America.
